Hendy Coils is a small independent all Australian company dedicated to the reliable and prompt service of your contract, one off or medium volume coil requirement.

PERSONAL ATTENTION

Prompt design of a custom made heat exchanger tailored to suit your application provides a cost effective and efficient solution to your situation. A correctly sized unit reduces system cycling and keeps air and water pressure drops to a minimum for further efficiency. Computer aided design data is provided to the customer in a concise and understandable form.

HIGH QUALITY

Quality Control via continuous production monitoring combined with the use of only the highest quality materials allows us to provide you with a coil that will give long and reliable service. Every coil is pressure tested before dispatch and carefully packed for country, interstate and export customers. All stages of manufacture are carried out in our plant under our control to assure your confidence in the final product.

FLEXIBILITY AND VERSATILITY

We have selected efficient modern equipment of both Australian and US origin specially designed for flexibility in the custom manufacture of coils to provide -

• Die formed fins in aluminum with a wide range of spacings. Collars fully shroud the tube to provide accurate spacing and positive heat transfer. Corrosion coating are available for added protection.


• Tubes are bent and mechanically expanded on precision equipment designed expressly for coil manufacture.


• Coils of both 1/2" and 5/8" copper tube are available for further flexibility. Heavy gauge tube is available for high pressure or steam applications or adverse environments.


• Frames are constructed from a variety of materials to our own standard design or when necessary, to the customers requirements for O.E.M. and replacement applications.
